Fort Services offers three different carpet cleaning packages designed to meet your individual needs.

Value Package = $39.99 per room*
The following carpet cleaning package provides a good value. Our value package is for customers needing traffic lane cleaning only. No furniture will be moved. Package includes the three step process listed below.
1. Precondition heavily soiled area with natural Citrus based cleaners. Removes as many stains as possible and also provides natural deodorization.
2. Soil extraction with low moisture unit. Contains neutral rinsing agents recommended for stain resistant carpets as well as wool and special fibers.
3. Application of fabric softener. Removes detergent residue according to manufacturers specifications, leaving fibers soft with a silky feel.

Preferred Package = $49.99 per room*
The following package provides carpet cleaning according to IICRC standards** and manufacturers specifications. Our Preferred cleaning package provides an excellent value in addition to adhering to industry standards. .
1. Pre-inspection of carpet.
2. Dry vacuum carpet. Removes dry soils that damage carpet fiber.
3. Precondition heavily soiled areas with natural citrus based cleaners. Removes as many stains as possible and also provides natural deodorization.
4. Agitate carpet. Carpet grooming lifts and separates matted fibers in addition to even distribution of preconditioning agent.
5. Soil extraction with low moisture unit. Contains neutral rinsing agents recommended for stain resistant carpets as well as wool and special fibers.
6. Application of fabric softener. Removes detergent residue according to manufacturers specifications, leaving fibers soft with a silky feel.
7. Grooming of carpet for even distribution of fabric softener.
8. Furniture moving. Move light furniture. Important Note: We do not move electronics, large heavy furniture, pianos and antiques.
9. Blocks and tabs placed under furniture to protect furniture that was moved (do not remove until carpet is completely dry).

Preferred Plus Package = $59.99 per room
The following package provides carpet cleaning according to IICRC standards and manufacturers specifications. In addition, it includes carpet protector and air movers to help speed the drying process.
1. Pre-inspection of carpet.
2. Dry vacuum carpet. Removes dry soils that damage carpet fiber.
3. Precondition heavily soiled areas with natural citrus based cleaners. Removes as many stains as possible and also provides natural deodorization.
4. Agitate carpet. Carpet grooming lifts and separates matted fibers in addition to even distribution of preconditioning agent.
5. Soil extraction with low moisture unit. Contains neutral rinsing agents recommended for stain resistant carpets as well as wool and special fibers.

12. Use of air mover. To speed up the drying process.
